With extensive experience in healthcare administration and strategic leadership, I excel at driving business growth and operational excellence. Throughout my career, I've successfully managed contracts and built impactful relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and service providers. My expertise includes creating and executing strategic partnerships with industry leaders, strengthening market positioning, and driving national and global expansion.

Since 2010, I've effectively managed teams of remote surgical technicians, achieving remarkable satisfaction and retention rates. I've learned firsthand that cultivating genuine, authentic connections fosters trust and teamwork, even in high-pressure surgical environments.

Serving as the CEO of not only our neuromonitoring service, but of our professional services line and billing services - I recognized the critical value consultants bring during pivotal moments, providing fresh perspectives that significantly refine marketing, sales, and recruitment strategies. Often, even with strong teams, external insights were essential for overcoming obstacles, optimizing performance, and resolving interpersonal challenges.
